Who We Are
I’m Tricia Leid, founder of Leidership Consulting. I created Leidership Consulting because I care deeply about supporting leaders as they navigate operational challenges and the people responsible for putting the change into practice. My approach is collaborative, to work alongside teams, examining the details that shape the larger organizational picture. The people who work within a system often understand it best, which is why employees become valued partners in the process. By drawing on the perspectives and experiences of those involved, I help leaders analyze, rethink and reframe operational challenges to create practical solutions their teams can successfully implement.
As an executive leader, I have worked both independently and with large teams, giving me the ability to adapt across industries and the instincts to navigate any room. I bring extensive supply chain experience across technology, telecommunications, food operations, and enterprise strategy in both mission-driven and commercial environments.
My goal is to build operational clarity and capability from the inside out, leaving every team stronger than I found them. I document, I teach, and I build systems that work and scale—because my integrity isn't just ethical, it's operational.
